Feature Ledger is a CLI that automates tracking and documenting the features implemented in a project. `ledger bootstrap` prompts a coding agent to catalog an existing codebase into JSON feature descriptions, `ledger audit` keeps that list current for changes made without an agent, and `ledger release cut` snapshots what's new, updated, or removed since the last release; `ledger build` then generates a client-facing PDF plus a Markdown report from those snapshots.
Why it made the leaderboard
It automates a genuinely tedious part of AI-assisted development, keeping a living record of what an agent actually built, usable for client updates, onboarding, or executive status reports.
