Words to Data is a Rust command and library that builds a SQLite dataset from public sources, holding U.S. Code revisions, the public laws that amend it, and court opinions linked to the provisions they cite. Links are built by rules from publisher markup rather than by a language model, and unplaced amendments go on a work list. A companion agent skillset lets AI agents answer legal questions with quotable evidence.
