Claude Code Routine Session Cleanup Skill

Claude Code scheduled tasks (routines) leave a session behind on every run, and the desktop app only lets you delete them one at a time. This skill plans a cleanup that keeps the newest N sessions and can optionally protect sessions where you typed a reply, then has Claude delete the rest through the app's own session tool, 25 per call, each behind an approval card. Deleting session files on disk does not work because the app keeps its session list in memory and writes records back.
