HyperIndex OpenInfra is a self-hosted alternative to Envio's paid HyperIndex Cloud dedicated plan, aiming for full feature parity while only requiring a HyperSync token instead of a cloud subscription. Terraform provisions a Talos Linux Kubernetes cluster on EC2 (skipping EKS and its control-plane cost), and Flux then deploys Postgres, Hasura, the indexer, TLS, DNS, dashboards, and alerting, including direct read/write and read-only database endpoints normally gated to the paid dedicated tier.

Why it made the leaderboard

Lets teams self-host a feature-complete replacement for a metered blockchain-indexing cloud plan on their own Kubernetes cluster, paying for EC2 instead of per-chain, per-query fees.
