Chorono is an open-source, local-first 2D animation and motion graphics editor that runs in the browser. Claude Code or Codex can create editable scenes through MCP, and users then refine layers, keyframes, easing and timing visually. Projects save as portable editable files, and a command line tool sets up the editor, MCP client settings and agent skills.
