Tracegate CI

Tracegate CI is a local test runner for Vitest and Jest that records which functions, modules and files each test touches. A test whose footprint is unchanged since its last green run can reuse that result, but only after a shadow period, an entry bar of observations with no miss, and random audits. If a test predicted reusable fails, that lane returns to running everything. It also includes a broker that queues CI work on one machine and an MCP-based reader that lets an AI agent escalate, but never downgrade, red results.
