Maxxwell is a desktop app and CLI that lets developers run multiple coding agents (like Claude Code and Codex) in a single workspace, using a managing agent to keep each session on task, flag context limits, and surface only the questions or blockers that need human attention.

Why it made the leaderboard

Gives engineers running many parallel coding-agent sessions a way to see which are stuck versus making progress, instead of manually checking a dozen terminals.
