dánwò is an open-source end-to-end testing framework for web and mobile apps, written in TypeScript. Tests drive the UI with locators or plain-English agent steps that are recorded once and replayed without model calls. An optional backend layer emulates providers such as Stripe, Clerk, and Resend, checks invariants between provider state and app data, and replays tests under injected faults like failed calls, duplicate webhooks, and database outages.
