Full-Duplex Code adds a browser-based voice companion to Claude Code or Codex. The companion, powered by GPT Live 1, follows the agent's messages, edits, commands and tool results, answers questions from them, and passes spoken requests to the agent even mid-turn. This lets a user hand off a task and keep talking to the agent away from the desk.
