Deiko is a macOS utility that captures what a developer points at on screen while they talk, producing labeled, cropped screenshots plus a written brief to hand to a coding agent instead of manually screenshotting, cropping, and typing out a description. It's triggered by double-tapping the Right Option key, transcribes speech on-device after an initial cloud-based window, and keeps screenshots and briefs local to the Mac.
Why it made the leaderboard
Replaces the screenshot-crop-paste-and-type-three-paragraphs routine of explaining a UI bug to a coding agent with point-and-talk context capture that stays local on the Mac.
