Turn it on, and it'll automatically continue where you left off once your limit resets.
Anthropic's Claude Code desktop announcement adds an opt-in auto-continue checkbox for work interrupted by a usage limit. Once enabled, it resumes where the session stopped after the limit resets. The change removes the need to return and restart that work manually; the wait for the allowance to reset remains.
