anywhich is a replacement for which that finds installed binaries even when they are not on PATH. The command is anyw. It lists every match in PATH order, says which one runs, and explains each match. Linux resolvers cover pacman, apt, dnf, Flatpak, Snap, Nix, npm, cargo, go, pipx and others, which helps on machines with several package managers. Windows support is fixture-tested only and macOS is untested.
