Quoting voxium

A workplace account from voxium, quoted by Simon Willison in this post, describes a team generating specifications, code, tests and tickets with Anthropic's Claude Code while facing pressure to ship faster. The author says staff were working long hours and reading little of the generated material.

The concern in this account is a loss of shared understanding as output increases. It illustrates how pressure to produce more can coexist with weak review, but an unnamed workplace and one employee's account cannot establish how common that pattern is.
