About
Luksmith decrypts LUKS encrypted drives and mounts the underlying ext4 filesystem so it appears natively in Finder, using Apple's FSKit userland library. Reading and copying files is free, and a one-time purchase of $9.99 unlocks writing. It requires Apple Silicon and macOS 26, and the author notes journaling caveats because write ordering cannot be controlled.
