Botel hosts AI agents on their own Linux machines that pause when idle and wake on a message, resuming with tabs, files and jobs where they were left. It supports Hermes, OpenClaw and DeepSeek harnesses, with Telegram bot support for Hermes and OpenClaw. Billing is prepaid with no subscription, charged by the second while awake, so idle agents cost only for storage.
Why it made the leaderboard
Runs agent harnesses on VMs billed only while active, waking on HTTP or schedule in about a second. Cuts the idle cost of always-reachable agents.
