Apple Notes MCP

An MCP server that lets AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI read and edit Apple Notes on macOS. Reads go through the Notes data model with a read-only database and return Markdown, including checklists, tables, tags and text recognized in images. Edits are written in place through a private Apple framework so formatting is preserved and changes sync through iCloud. It requires macOS 26 or later on Apple silicon, plus Full Disk Access and Automation permissions.
