Strata is a cross-platform, open-source shared memory system for a fleet of AI agents, giving each agent group its own memory scope shared across platforms like Codex and Claude. Each scope is protected by an independent "judge" agent that admits or declines new contributions and records the reason either way, so a local console shows what an agent currently believes, where each belief came from, and what was rejected and why.
