Devc is an alternate command-line interface for launching devcontainers, offering a simplified interface on top of the upstream reference devcontainers CLI. It's written in Rust and packaged as a single self-contained binary for macOS and Linux, and it requires a Docker-compatible container runtime to work.
Why it made the leaderboard
Devc wraps the reference devcontainers CLI in a faster, self-contained binary with a simpler interface, useful if you spin up devcontainers often and find the upstream CLI's ergonomics clunky.
