Opsphie

About

Opsphie is a Slack-based incident management tool. A slash command opens a dedicated channel with a pinned control panel for severity, status, commander and summary, and the timeline records changes automatically. After the incident, a web app holds the context for running a postmortem, and an MCP server lets coding tools read and update incidents. A demo creates a temporary workspace with sample data.
