ScaleUp City is a free browser-based city simulation game rendered in a late-1990s isometric style. Players zone land, connect power and water, and manage a budget while progressing through a tech timeline from 1900 to 2050 and surviving disasters like fires, floods, and tornadoes.
Why it made the leaderboard
A full isometric city-builder (zoning, budgets, disasters, scenarios) one-shotted from a PRD and iterated via agent tickets, showing what a single afternoon of agentic coding can produce as a playable game.
