Narro is a Chrome extension that reads the current web page aloud and highlights each sentence as it is spoken. It supports Kindle Online Reader and offers cloud voices with the user's own API key or voices that run in the browser after a one-time model download. In-browser engines include Kokoro, Supertonic 2, Piper and Kitten TTS Nano.
