ecsodus migrates AWS Copilot CLI apps to Terraform-managed ECS in place. It reads the Copilot app, generates Terraform, patches the CloudFormation stacks so deleting them cannot remove certificates, load balancers, EFS or databases, and writes a runbook with a machine check before each mutating step. This matters because deleting Copilot stacks naively triggers custom-resource handlers and the env-controller, which remove production resources.
