About
SLCR is an open standard for writing software requirements as a linked graph in YAML, JSON or TOML instead of a long document. Agents receive only a slice, one requirement plus the context it depends on, which limits context size. Validators such as tests or linters are attached to acceptance criteria, and the reference command-line tool reports which requirements are met.
Why it made the leaderboard
It gives teams a standard way to keep agent-written code checked against requirements as specs grow, instead of relying on long prose documents that degrade agent accuracy over multi-ticket work.
