Le Chat's Projects feature gives related conversations a shared place for files and settings. In its July 17, 2025 announcement, Mistral AI describes projects with a default document Library and remembered tool settings, alongside the ability to upload files or bring in material from existing Libraries.
That organization is useful for work that spans several conversations, such as planning a product feature: the relevant chats and documents stay grouped together, and enabled tools remain configured. The supported change is continuity of the workspace; the announcement does not establish that every new conversation automatically remembers everything said in earlier ones.
