Shipping Hype Pms On What It Takes To Bring Ai Features To Market

An AI feature needs a concrete definition of a successful output before a team can judge whether changes improve it. In a December 2023 Figma article of product-management interviews, a Figma product-management manager explains that a request to summarize text can mean extracting action items, selecting useful quotations or explaining a document's subject. Writing example inputs and intended outputs makes those differences explicit. The examples then guide implementation and review. This addresses a specific development problem: teammates can agree on a feature name while expecting different behavior from it.
