Context

MiniMax's H3 release lets developers run the base video-and-audio generator locally, but its documented 2K workflow also uses hosted components. H3-Base produces 768p output. A separate -processing system interprets the supplied instructions and reference media, while another component regenerates the base output at 2K using the original context. System description.

The announcement explicitly excludes both context processing and 2K regeneration from the downloadable release. Developers can use the published base checkpoints for local 768p generation, or combine the base model with official APIs for the documented full workflow.
