OpenAI's August 25, 2026 announcement introduced a $100 ChatGPT Business Premium seat aimed at small businesses and startups. The accompanying product post describes access to ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work and Codex together with centralized billing, administration, usage analytics and spending controls. The organizational benefit is that a team can manage access and expenditure within a shared business workspace, with single sign-on and multifactor authentication available for account access.
