Cloudflare opens private origins to WAF, caching, and Workers

Agent backends and MCP servers can now sit behind Cloudflare WAF, bot management, caching, and Workers while keeping private IPs and no inbound firewall exceptions. Setup is a proxied DNS record with private_routing set.
