Context
A software factory, in the proposed operating model from Factory, the company behind the Droid coding , connects incoming work to implementation, verification, deployment, and monitoring. Bug reports and customer feedback become planned changes; observations from deployed software then supply the next round of work. The intended benefit comes from connecting these stages so that information discovered in one can inform another.
