The talk emphasizes work whose useful details are often absent from public training material, such as coordinating vendors to repair a roof. Those tasks nevertheless produce observable outcomes: the repair either happened or it did not. The proposed advantage is access to both the operating process and evidence of completion, allowing AI systems to be evaluated against the service delivered.
