Agent planning

Also: plan mode

Turning a goal into an inspectable sequence that may change as evidence appears.

Planning lets an agent surface assumptions, dependencies, and verification steps before or during execution. For complex work, planning is exploration and revision—not a rigid checklist written before the repository is understood.
