Giuliano Bellini is an Italian software engineer and Rust specialist who completed a Master's degree in computer engineering with a cybersecurity focus at the Polytechnic University of Turin, where he first built his flagship networking tool as a university assignment. In 2023 his open-source work earned him a spot in the inaugural GitHub Accelerator cohort — one of 20 projects selected from more than a thousand global applicants — and he subsequently defended his Master's thesis on the project.
