Career
Outerbase joined Cloudflare in April 2025. Strittmatter coauthored the acquisition announcement, describing an interface for exploring data and the integration of those ideas with D1, Durable Objects and Workflows. The announcement distinguishes an open-source, self-hostable Outerbase from hosted services being wound down.[2]
Contributions
Strittmatter’s GPUTable launch thread describes one Worker that both serves the site and runs scheduled marketplace scrapes. Results go to KV. A cached data.json keeps reads inexpensive; when prices change, the scheduled job purges the cache tag. The site lets readers compare GPU models, providers and rental modes. The design lesson is separating the collection schedule from cached delivery, while recording when the listings were refreshed.[4][5]
