Chachamaru creates Claude Code Harness, a workflow for planning, doing and independently reviewing work with coding assistants. He also founded CAN AI, where he applies AI tools to business processes and helps companies build their own capacity to use them.[1][3]

Founder and Representative · CAN AI
Background
His CAN AI account describes work in call centers beginning in 2005, progressing through operational and management roles. Around 2012 to 2016 he built systems for choosing sales-call targets. Later, he taught himself to use automated machine learning to identify solar-panel installations in satellite imagery. He describes this as learning technology in response to a problem in his own work.[3]
Career
At CAN AI, he connects that operational experience with development, advice and training for businesses. The company’s services prepare organizational information for agents and help employees use the resulting systems. Its representative account identifies Harness as his individual open-source project, which the company also uses in its work.[3][4]
Contributions
Turn an intended result into a shared work record
Harness drafts a specification, tasks and completion criteria in project files. The person approves the intended outcome, while the assistant implements tasks and records checks. A separate review examines the changes. Progress reflects recorded task completion, so it is distinct from proving that every feature works or that publication is ready.[2]
Make continuation and review inspectable
Its resume workflow recovers recorded changes, checks and remaining work. Guardrails apply to connected execution paths, with different coverage across assistants. The project documents those limits and distinguishes supported integration routes from experimental ones. The workflow keeps an unfinished check visible rather than converting an exhausted retry limit into success.[2]
