Farza Majeed is a Florida-raised computer science graduate who did early work in deep learning and computer vision before founding buildspace in 2019 — a free, community-driven platform that helped hundreds of thousands of developers learn to build with web3 and AI. Backed by Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz with $10M raised, buildspace became a beloved developer community before Farza closed it in August 2024 citing burnout. He has since returned to indie software development.
