Career
Liao founded Singular Intelligence in 2026 after founding Agentbase during 2024–2025 and New Software during 2023–2024. At Singular Intelligence, he is working on a runtime and model for autonomous enterprises. His earlier projects include agent APIs, desktop and command-line tools, browser agents and knowledge-management applications.[4]

TinyAGI runs agents with specialized roles in isolated workspaces. A message queue routes work, while team handoffs and fan-out let several agents collaborate. Persistent sessions retain conversation state across restarts. A browser dashboard, TinyOffice, exposes teams, tasks, logs and settings, giving a person a way to inspect work that otherwise happens across separate agent processes.[2]
