CourtWatch begins with Orange County, Florida. It collects cases involving failure to appear, a new arrest or revocation after pretrial release and presents case, judge and statistical views. Its methodology and public sources are linked alongside the interface. This is a selected failure dataset, so a count is not a judge’s total caseload or overall release-failure rate. The site also says that the currently assigned judge may differ from the judge who originally ordered release. Those two distinctions are necessary when interpreting a comparison.[2]
