Career
Vaidya studied at IIT Bombay and worked at Google and Rubrik before founding Composio with Soham Ganatra. An early coding-agent effort exposed how much work remained in building and repairing application integrations. Composio developed around those repeated operational needs: an agent must find an action, understand its input schema and execute it using an authorized account.[3]
Ideas
In his conference presentation, Vaidya argues that coding agents benefit from centralized repositories, version history, tests and reversible changes. Knowledge work often lacks equivalent shared context and verification. He uses an agent emailing job candidates to illustrate why following a request literally can still produce an unwanted action. He proposes infrastructure for history, context, permissions and review around application access.[3]

Watch the knowledge-work examples and identify which actions in your workflow need authorization, review or reversal. No implementation is needed to follow the argument; integrating Composio requires application accounts and explicit tool permissions.
