LangWatch is an Amsterdam-based company, founded in 2023 by Manouk Draisma and Rogério Chaves, that builds an open-source platform for observing, evaluating and testing LLM-powered agents. Its GitHub organization also maintains Scenario, a library for agentic testing. In February 2025 LangWatch raised a €1 million pre-seed round led by Passion Capital, with Volta Ventures and Antler participating.
