LearningCircuit is the GitHub organization behind Local Deep Research, an open-source AI research assistant designed to run fully on local hardware for privacy. The project supports more than ten search engines, including arXiv and PubMed, lets users build their own searchable knowledge base, and includes a journal-quality scoring system covering over 200,000 indexed sources. It has become a widely used tool among privacy-focused users of local large language models.
