Manav Arya Singh builds open-source developer tools and studies computer science at BITS Pilani’s Dubai campus. His work combines interface design with tools that turn a website, codebase or agent session into reusable development material.[1][3]

Career
His current portfolio lists an AI applied engineering internship at Mount Meru Group beginning in June 2026 and a chief technology officer role at SAVREATS beginning in January 2026. The former concerns internal developer tooling; the latter concerns a dining-deal and digital-voucher platform built with React, React Native and TypeScript. Earlier listed roles include interface design at UrbanNest Technologies FZE, web development at TenderCare FZE and a machine-learning internship at Embrizon Technologies.[1]
Contributions
Design systems from a live website
Singh’s design-extract repository now presents the tool as designlang. It opens a website in a headless browser and reads the page’s actual elements and styles. The output includes design tokens, theme configuration, Figma variables and material for AI coding tools. It also examines layout, responsive behavior and interaction states, making the output more useful than a color palette alone. The repository documents commands for comparing an implementation with its reference and inspecting consistency across a site. These are tool capabilities, rather than proof that every extracted design is accurate.[3]
A broader toolmaking practice
His GitHub profile also highlights public-apis-live, which aggregates API information and checks reachability, and Relay, which transfers a coding session between agents when a provider limit is reached. Together with designlang, these projects address the information that surrounds coding: design references, integration discovery and continuity between tools.[2]
