QuentinCody develops Interlinked CLI, a local policy and activity-log layer for AI coding agents. The project connects supported tool hooks to deterministic checks before actions run.[1][2]

Contributions
Interlinked receives tool events from configured agent integrations and applies rules before an exposed action executes. Claude Code and Codex are supported; other adapters are experimental. The guard makes local block-or-allow decisions without a language model and records delivered events in an activity log. It aims to make access predictable and actions easier to reconstruct.[2]
Ideas
The repository distinguishes a rule engine from the events it can observe. An action that never reaches a configured hook cannot appear in its audit trail. Documentation therefore includes capability inspection, fallback behavior and uninstall procedures. The log describes delivered events; it cannot prove every action in the environment was checked.[2]

Read the capability and coverage notes before installation, then inspect a supported runner on a small repository. Node.js and experience with the selected coding agent are useful prerequisites.
