Career
Kozlov studied computer science at Georgia Tech, interned at Microsoft and worked as a software engineer at 6sense before joining Cloudflare in 2016. In her Cloudflare interview, she explains how writing software and working with enterprise customers shaped her approach to developer products. She later moved into Workers product management; her 2021 Pages interview describes extending that platform to a more approachable application-deployment workflow.[3][4]
Contributions
In an April 2026 essay co-authored with Dane Knecht, Kozlov argues that agent workloads need a different foundation from applications serving human requests. Agents require durable state, execution environments, identities and permissions as they act over time. Her work concerns the product strategy for making those capabilities available as a platform.[5]
Ideas
Her August 2026 Agents Week essay describes two simultaneous needs: infrastructure designed for agents and a bridge to the Internet already in use. That framing places access, structure and execution alongside model capability. It gives developers a way to ask what an agent needs around the model before treating another model upgrade as the whole solution.[6]
