Career
Jain builds developer tools with TypeScript and Rust. Alongside his engineering work at Vercel, his personal projects include a Rust CLI for AI-assisted Git messages, a programming-language interpreter and refactoring tools. His work often turns a repeated development task into a focused interface or command-line utility.[2]
Contributions
Previewing a design system before exporting it
tweakcn lets developers edit theme variables and preview the result on shadcn/ui components. Visual controls make changes to color, typography and related styling visible before the theme is copied into a project. The exported variables fit the Tailwind and shadcn/ui workflow, so a theme can remain editable in the application’s own source.[4]
Switching displays by head angle
gazectl uses Apple’s Vision framework to track head yaw through a webcam. Calibration records the angle for each monitor; crossing the midpoint between calibrated angles moves the cursor and clicks to focus that display. It requires macOS 14 or later plus Camera and Accessibility permissions. This is a head-angle based focus switcher, rather than eye-gaze measurement.[1]

github.comA visual theme editor and preview tool for shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS.
Try tweakcn with an existing shadcn/ui project in mind. Preview a change across components, then inspect the exported theme variables before applying them; basic CSS and Tailwind familiarity helps.
