Wez Furlong is an English systems engineer and longtime open-source contributor who spent nearly a decade as Chief Architect at Message Systems building email infrastructure used by the world's largest senders. He then spent over a decade as a Principal Software Engineer at Meta, where he created Watchman and EdenFS — foundational tools in Meta's developer infrastructure. He is now co-founder of KumoMTA, an open-source high-performance mail transfer agent.
