Keep reusable agent instructions in one source
skillshare keeps a source directory of skills and links individual skills into supported tools. Its merge mode preserves tool-local skills, while collect brings new local work back to the shared source. Install and audit commands check incoming material, and push and pull support sharing through Git remotes. This makes switching tools or machines less dependent on manually copying configuration. It also manages agents, rules, connections and hooks.[2]
Build tools around existing design files
Willie’s GitHub project list also includes figlens, which reads local Figma files for layout, text, assets and reference renders, and agents-context-router, which directs coding agents from a smaller AGENTS.md to task-specific documents. These tools address context collection before an agent writes code.[1]

Read the source-directory and sync model, then compare the status and diff commands with your existing setup. Basic terminal and Git familiarity help; keep a backup before changing a working configuration.
