About

Papilot is a free, open-source LaTeX editor where users mark up the compiled PDF and an AI coding agent edits the source. Each change is shown as a typeset before-and-after that can be accepted, rejected or commented on, so reviewers read the paper instead of raw source diffs. It works with agents such as Codex, Claude, Cursor and GitHub Copilot, and is available for Mac and Linux.
