Senzii is an open-source (Apache-2.0) staff scheduling platform that exposes its scheduling engine as 28 MCP tools so AI agents like Claude or ChatGPT can list staff, match candidates to shifts by tags, certifications, proximity, and availability, create assignments, and manage client staffing requests. The MCP server ships in the same repository as the web app and shares its PostgreSQL schema, making it the scheduling engine's native agent interface rather than a generic database connector.
