About
OpenDocBot is an open-source AI agent that runs inside Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, letting users bring their own model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Ollama, or a custom endpoint) instead of being locked into a single vendor's model and data policy. It runs client-side so document data goes directly to the chosen provider, requires human approval before applying any action, and supports file uploads with local OCR for scanned documents.
