Handwired transforms regular JavaScript control flow into matrix multiplication and ReLU-style operations over floats, producing a neural net with hand-written weights and no training. Because the result is fully differentiable, the weights can be unfrozen and trained, and it can run in JS or on WebGPU. Demos include a mini OS and a search over 100,000 JSON documents.
